Abhishek Banerjee was born on 7 November 1987 in Kolkata, West Bengal. He was raised in the politically charged atmosphere of South Kolkata's Kalighat. His Parents are father is Amit Banerjee and his mother is Lata Banerjee. He is the nephew of the firebrand leader and West Bengal Chief Minister, Mamata Banerjee. He married Rujira Narula in 2012.
