The Directorate of Government Examinations (DGE), Tamil Nadu, has started the application process for the TN SSLC Class 10 Supplementary Examination 2026 from today, May 26 and will continue till 6th June 2026 (excluding sundays), the timings are from 11 AM to 5 PM. Students who were unable to clear one or more subjects in the regular board examinations can now apply for the supplementary exams through their respective schools or designated centres. According to the Official Schedule, the Tamil Nadu Class 10 Supplementary Examinations will be conducted from 8th to 15th July 2026. The exams will provide students with another opportunity to improve their scores and save their academic year.
How to Apply for TN Class 10 Supplementary Exam 2026
Students can follow these steps to apply:
- Visit their respective schools or authorised examination centres
- Collect the supplementary examination application form
- Fill in the required academic and personal details
- Submit the necessary documents and examination fee
- Verify the application details before final submission
Regular candidates are required to apply through their schools, while private candidates can apply through designated service centres notified by DGE Tamil Nadu.

TN SSLC Supplementary Exam 2026 Schedule
The supplementary examinations will be conducted in a single morning shift from 10 AM to 1:15 PM. The subject-wise schedule is as follows:
