CTET 2026: The CBSE had notified the 22nd edition of CTET September 2026, for which the application form link remained active between 11 May to 10 June 2026. The CBSE again opened the application portal from 25 August onwards which was closed on 01 September 2026. The candidates can edit their application form only if they have submitted it during the application window. No new applications are accepted at this stage. Previously, the CTET September 2026 was going to be held on 06 September 2026, but due to the re-opening of the application portal the exam got postponed. New dates will be announced by the CBSE soon.

How to Edit CTET Application Form 2026
To edit the CTET application form 2026, the candidates can follow the steps provided here:

Visit the official website at ctet.nic.in.

On the homepage, go to the Candidate Activity section and click on the “Login: CTET SEP 2026 CORRECTION WINDOW (last date 10.09.2026)”.

Now, click on the Login button.

You need to enter your application number, password, and security code to login.

Make corrections in the required fields carefully. Remember, there will be no other chance provided to make corrections.

After making modifications save the application form and submit it.
When will CTET September 2026 be Conducted?
Previously, the CTET September session was going to be held on 06 September. But then the CBSE has announced the re-opening of the application portal and the window remained active till 01 September. And after the application window closes, the correction portal becomes live from 07 September onwards. Therefore, the CTET exam gets postponed. However, there is no official information on the new exam dates. The candidates can expect the announcement of new dates soon after the correction window facility closes on 10 September 2026.
