With the Round 1 result now shifted to August 21, candidates should regularly check the official MCC portal for the allotment result and further instructions. MCC has already listed the revised AIQ and state schedule dated August 19, 2026 on its website.

Candidates will be able to check the result by visiting the official MCC website and navigating to the UG Medical Counselling section. They should open the Round 1 seat allotment result link and use their required credentials, wherever applicable, to access the result.

Once released, candidates should check important details in the Round 1 allotment result, including their NEET rank, allotted college, course, category and quota. The result will indicate the seat assigned through the MCC counselling process.

Candidates allotted seats in Round 1 can download their allotment letters during the designated period. The revised schedule places the allotment-letter download window between August 21 and August 31, 2026.

Candidates who receive a seat in Round 1 will have to report to their allotted institutes after the result. As per the revised schedule, the reporting and joining window will remain open from August 22 to August 31, 2026.

The revised schedule confirms August 21, 2026 as the new date for the NEET UG Round 1 seat allotment result. Candidates will be able to check their allotted course and college through the MCC counselling portal once the result link is activated

According to the revised timeline, the Round 1 seat allotment processing will take place on August 19 and August 20. Candidates will have to wait until the completion of this process for the allotment result.

Following the postponement, MCC has issued a fresh schedule for NEET UG 2026 Round 1 counselling. The revised schedule covers the seat allotment process, result declaration and reporting at allotted colleges

The revised Round 1 schedule applies to counselling for seats covered under the 15% All India Quota, along with seats in deemed universities, central universities, AIIMS, JIPMER and AFMC, among others. The counselling covers undergraduate medical and dental admissions, as well as applicable BSc Nursing seats.

The Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) has postponed the NEET UG 2026 Round 1 seat allotment result. The result, which was scheduled to be released on August 19, will now be announced on August 21, 2026. MCC has published the revised schedule on its official website mcc.nic.in.

The MCC will process the seat allotment result on August 19 and August 20, 2026. It could be likely that due to the high number of students participating, which is around 11 lakh students, the result has been delayed. The committe will now share the seat allotment status for round 1 on August 21 at mcc.nic.in.

If the candidate has been allotted the medical seat after Round 1 for NEET seat allotment, they can choose to either accept it or release it. If they accept the seat, they have to visit the allotted college for further admission process. They can use the float option to keep the seat but also wait for subsequent rounds or they can simply exit from the counselling process.

The reporting to the allotted colleges will now be done between August 25, 2026, and August 31, 2026. Candidates have to visit the allotted college to confirm and secure their seats. 

MCC has revised the NEET seat allotment schedule and reporting dates. The NEET UG 2026 seat allotment result will be released on August 21, 2026, and the reporting will be done on August 25, 2026 to August 31, 2026.

MCC has postponed the NEET UG 2026 seat allotment result. The result will now be announced on August 21, 2026 according to the officals. 

Candidates have to pay the admission fee when they report to the allotted college. The MBBS fee varies based on college, seats, quota, etc. Candidates can pay the fee online at the time of reporting.

MCC will release the NEET 2026 round 1 provisional allotment result soon on the official website. Candidates will be able to raise grievances after the first round. After analysing the grievances, MCC will release the final seat allotment list and merit list.
