CSIR NET June 2026: The National Testing Agency (NTA) had invited the online applications from the eligible candidates for the CSIR NET June 2026. The application process remains active from 27 May to 19 June. The candidates who have applied for the CSIR NET June 2026 and have successfully submitted the application form within the prescribed dates are eligible to make corrections in their submitted application forms. The correction window will remain open between 22-23 June. The candidates are allowed to make corrections in certain fields such as candidate’s name, father’s name, mother’s name, among others. CSIR NET June 2026 Application Form: Which Fields Can be Edited?

The candidates who have already filled the CSIR NET Jun application form 2026 can edit some of the fields. Candidates shall be allowed to change any one of the fields:

• Candidate Name or

• Father's Name or

• Mother's Name

Candidates shall be allowed to change any of these fields:

• Photograph - Image Upload

• Signature - Image Upload

• Graduation Details

• Post-Graduation Details

• Date of Birth

• Gender

• Category

• Sub-category / PwBD (if not verified by UDID Portal)

• Identity Proof (only for candidates who registered with identity other than Aadhaar)

Candidates shall be allowed to change examination Cities based on their earlier permanent and present address (filled earlier during registration period)

• Mobile Number

• Email Address

• Address (Permanent and Present)

Common Mistakes Candidates Should Correct

The most common mistakes that the candidates make while filling the applications are spelling errors in the names, and also old category certificates. Sometimes, the candidates fill the application form with the category certificates which are backdated. This is a genuine error because it happens that the candidate has applied for the new certificate but until the registration last date they did not receive it. To rectify such errors, a correction window facility is there. Use this option and make modifications in the applicable areas.
