UP Board Result 2026: The Uttar Pradesh Madhyamik Shiksha Parishad (UPMSP) has extended the deadline to check answer sheets for UP Board Exams 2026 for Class 10, 12. The updated deadline is April 4, 2026 due to constant delays caused by public holiday delays. The evaluation began on March 18, 2026 and following the schedule, was expected to conclude by April 1, 2026. 

However, officials said that the work could not be completed on schedule because several holidays occurred during the evaluation schedule. The evaluation process paced down because the checking process began on public holidays, specifically March 21, 2026 for Eid-ul-Fitr and March 26 and 27, 2026 for Ram Navami. The board has also asked the submission of award lists to regional offices by April 5, 2026.

UP Board Class 10, 12 Exam 2026 Details 

The Uttar Pradesh Board of Secondary Education (UPMSP) is expected to release the UPMSP Result 2026 by the third or fourth week of April 2026. Once the results are published, students can check their scorecards on the official websites at upmsp.edu.in and upresults.nic.in.

The UP Board Class 10 and Class 12 exams were held in offline, pen-and-paper mode between February 18 and March 12, 2026 across the state. The exams were held in two shifts; the morning shift from 8:30 am to 11:45 am and the afternoon shift from 2 pm to 5:15 pm. The practical exams for Class 10 and 12 were carried out in multiple phases throughout January and early February 2026 before the theory exams.

UP Board 10th, 12th Result 2026: Minimum Passing Marks

In order to be considered pass, students must achieve a minimum of 33% marks in every subject for both High School and Intermediate exams. For Class 12 students in subjects with practicals, a minimum of 33% is required in both the theory and practical exams individually. For Class 10, the requirement for practical subjects may be based on the combined marks, depending on the specific subject.

Candidates will need to follow the mentioned steps to check their UP Board Result 2026 online marksheet: 

1. Visit the official website at upresults.nic.in
2. Click on the link for 'UPMSP 10th Result' or 'UPMSP 12th Result' 
3. In the login page, enter your roll number and school code to submit
4. UP Board 10th/ 12th Result 2026 will appear
5. Check your details and download for future reference 

Candidates must note that the online scorecard is provisional in nature and only for the reference of the students. Students will need to collect their final marksheets from their respective schools later.
