Jharkhand NEET UG Counselling 2026 applications for corrections to the state merit list are accepted until today, September 3, 2026. Round 1 admission process is underway.

Jharkhand Combined Entrance Competitive Examination Board has issued a notification regarding the state merit lists released for the Jharkhand NEET UG 2026 admissions. Candidates can check the state merit list PDF on the official website of JCECEB.

As per the notification issued, the state merit lists for the 1st, 2nd, 3rd and stray vacancy rounds for NEET UG have been issued on the official website. The Board has further added that several representations have been received from students seeking corrections to their category and other relevant particulars. The Board has clarified that only those representations which are submitted in accordance with the provisions mentioned will be considered. The Board has further added that ST/SC/ BCI(NCL)/BСII(NCL)/I&A (for EWS) certificates issued by an Officer not below the level of Sub-divisional Officer (Civil) of the State of Jharkhand will only be accepted.

Jharkhand NEET UG Counselling 2026: Applications for Corrections. 

Candidates whose names are included in the State Merit Lists published on August 14, 2026, are hereby directed to submit a fresh application today, September 3, 2026, clearly mentioning the required correction(s), along with the supporting documents, via e-mail at controller.jceceb@gmail.com. It must be noted that no request received after the stipulated date or without the requisite supporting documents shall be entertained under any circumstances. The applications received on 03.09.2026 will be scrutinised, and appropriate action will be taken by the Board. 

Provisional Allotment for Round 1 JCECEB Counselling

According to the official notification issued, the First Round Seat Allotment Letter is available in the candidates' login only. Candidates are advised to download the allotment letter from the login under Allotment/Admission Menu. The window for seat allotment and downloading of the provisional allotment letter will be available until September 5, 2026. Candidates can also complete the document verification and admission in the concerned institutions until September 5, 2026.

NEET UG Round 2 Registrations Begin Today

The online registration process for NEET UG 2026 counselling to 15% All India Quota Seats begins today, September 3, 2026. Candidates participating in the second round of AIQ counselling can visit the official website today to register and enter the choices for the allotment process. The last date for candidates to enter the choices for the second round of counselling is September 9, 2026. NEET UG 2026 round 2 seat allotment result will be released on September 11, 2026.
