Bihar DM Revamps Leaking School After Spotting Students Studying on Dirt Floor

The District Magistrate of Madhubani, IAS Anand Sharma, took quick action to help primary school students in Bihar. During a surprise inspection in Benipatti block, he saw young children sitting on a dirt floor inside a leaking, makeshift bamboo hut during the rainy season. The administration immediately started a plan to build a better school and moved the students to a safer place.
Quick Relocation and Safety Actions
Because the temporary bamboo structure was unsafe for students and teachers, the DM stopped classes at the site immediately. Since building a new facility takes several months, he arranged to transfer the students to a nearby permanent school.
- Moving Students: All primary children were shifted to the nearby Upgraded Middle School Sinuar to continue their classes without any hindrance.
- Local Directives: The DM, IAS Anand Sharma ordered local education officers to manage the move and provide proper desks and seats for students across schools.

Long-Term Building Plan and Rules
