The Rajasthan Public Service Commission (RPSC) has officially declared the written examination results and provisional qualifiers for the Rajasthan Police Sub Inspector (SI) and Platoon Commander Recruitment. Shortlisted applicants who qualify for the cutoff limit should start preparing for the upcoming mandatory physical efficiency test.
The Rajasthan Public Service Commission, RPSC, has officially declared the results for the Rajasthan Police Sub Inspector (SI) and Platoon Commander Combined Competitive Examination 2026. The state-level written exam, which concluded across multiple regional centres on April 5 and April 6, 2026, was an important screening layer for filling 1015 designated vacancies. Candidates who appeared for the exam should quickly verify their individual selection statuses through the provisional merit lists, which were hosted on the commission’s official website, rpsc.rajasthan.gov.in.
As per the official result notice, which was released earlier today, June 19, 2026. The results were released on the official website after thoroughly examining the objections which were raised by the candidates against the provisional answer keys and shortlisted 20798 candidates for the next round of the selection process, which is the Physical Efficiency Test.
Rajasthan Police SI Cutoff 2026: Minimum Qualifying Marks and Cutoff Marks
To keep the candidacies valid, applicants must satisfy two core scoring criteria in the objective paper evaluation phase. RPSC mandates that every student secure a minimum of 36% in each paper (Paper 1 General Hindi and Paper II General Knowledge and Science) while also getting an overall score of 40% marks. However, getting a passing grade does not guarantee a spot for the physical efficiency test due to the high volume of candidates appearing for the exam.
The cutoff score is decided based on various factors like the number of vacancies offered, the total number of students who appeared for the exam, the difficulty level of the exam, etc. Given below are the category-wise cutoff marks, which will be updated accordingly once released by the commission:-
| Category | Cutoff Marks |
| General | TBA |
| General (TSP) | TBA |
| ST | TBA |
| SC | TBA |
| ST (TSP) | TBA |
| OBC | TBA |
| MBC | TBA |
The category-wise cutoff marks will be calculated out of the total marks, which is 400 total marks. To get an idea of what the cut-off marks range is for the Rajasthan Police SI Exam for 2026, have a look at the past year cutoffs, which help in calculating the expected cutoff range:-
