Eligibility Criteria for Haryana Ration Depot Holder 2026

To apply for a Ration Depot License in Haryana, applicants must fulfill the following mandatory qualifications which are as follows:-

• Age Limit:- 21 to 45 years, calculated as of November 10, 2026. Age relaxation applies for the reserved categories as per the state government rules.
• Educational Qualification:- Candidates must have passed Class 12th from a recognised education board.
• Computer Skill:- Must have a Basic Computer Knowledge Certificate (e.g. HARTRON, HKCL, CIT or equivalent). 
• Residency Condition:- The applicant MUST be a permanent resident of the specific village or urban ward where the FPS vacancy is declared.
• Mandatory Document:- Must possess an active Parivar Pehchan Patra (PPP) registered in Haryana.
