JEE Advanced 2026 LIVE: The Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), Roorkee will hold the JEE Advanced 2026 today, Sunday, May 17, 2026. The computer-based test (CBT) will be held in two shifts: Paper 1 from 9 AM to 12 PM and Paper 2 from 2:30 PM to 5:30 PM. Students who have registered for the exam will need to follow all the guidelines laid down by the institute to avoid any inconvenience in the exam conduct.

The exam will be held across 221 cities in India and 2 international centres. Students appearing for BTech, BS, BArch papers will need to arrive at the examination centre, following the proper guidelines, with their admit card and the necessary documents. The JEE Advanced 2026 admit card can be downloaded from the official website at jeeadv.ac.in using the registration number and date of birth as credentials.The admit cards were released on May 11, 2026. 

The exam is held for the top 2.5 lakh candidates in the JEE Main 2026 exam. The scores achieved in this examination will allow students to apply for India’s premier engineering institutes like the IITs, IISc, etc.

    JEE Advanced 2026: Basic Exam Guidelines

    JEE Advanced 2026: List of Barred Items in Exam Hall

    Electronic gadgets and several personal items are strictly prohibited inside the examination center.
