TN TET Notification 2026: The Teachers Recruitment Board (TRB), Tamil Nadu, has released the TN TET Notification 2026 at trb.tn.gov.in for working teachers. Interested candidates can apply online from February 18, 2026 after visiting the official website. As per the notification, the exam is scheduled to be conducted on July 24 and July 28, 2026.
Candidates who were appointed on or before September 1, 2025 as SGT, BT Assistant and other equivalent cadre Teachers on Time Scale/Consolidated/Part-time pay of Government/ Government Aided/ Recognised Private schools in Tamil Nadu are eligible to apply online.

Professional Status
- Candidates must be serving as:
- Secondary Grade Teachers (SGT)

Educational Qualification
For Paper I (Classes 1-5), a Higher Secondary (10+2) with at least 50% marks and a 2-year Diploma in Elementary Education (D.El.Ed) is required.
For Paper II (Classes 6-8), a Graduate degree in a relevant subject along with a B.Ed is mandatory.
