MSCE Pune Scholarship 2026: Maharashtra State Examination Council conducts the Primary Scholarship Examination (PSE) for 4th standard and Upper Primary Scholarship (UPS) Examination for 7th standard in the state of Maharashtra. How to Fill the Application Form for MSCE Pune Scholarship 2026?

The schools are required to fill the application form for the students and verify that all the details mentioned in the form are accurate. It is mandatory for all the schools to have an eleven-digit EUDIS code to fill out application forms. It is the responsibility of the concerned school Principal to fill the correct details in the online application form. Aadhaar number of the students is mandatory for filling the application form.

Eligibility for Scholarship Examination

  • The student should be a resident of Maharashtra.

  • The student should be studying in 4th or 7th standard in a government recognized government / aided / unaided / permanent unaided / self-financed school.

Format of MSCE Pune Scholarship Exam

All questions in both the Primary Scholarship Examination and the Upper Primary Scholarship Examination question papers will be objective and multiple choice in nature.

  • Question papers of sets A, B, C, D will be given for each paper.

  • For both the Primary Scholarship Examination (4th standard) and the Upper Primary Scholarship Examination (7th standard), only one of the 4 answer options will be correct.

Medium of Examination

The examination will be conducted in a total of seven mediums.

1. Marathi

2. Urdu

3. Hindi

4. Gujarati

5. English

6. Telugu

7. Kannada

  • Apart from the above seven mediums, the following six options of semi-mediums are available.

    • Marathi + English; Urdu + English; Hindi + English; Gujarati + English; Telugu + English; Kannada + English

  • Students who have registered the option of Semi English in the online application form for the Primary Scholarship Examination (4th standard) and the Upper Primary Scholarship Examination (7th standard) will be given the question paper of Mathematics in Paper 1 and Intelligence Test in Paper 2 in both the native medium and English medium at the time of examination. Therefore, care should be taken while selecting the medium of examination in the online application form.
