Ladki Bahin Yojana: On June 28, 2024, the Maharashtra Government launched the "Mukhyamantri Majhi Ladki Bahin" scheme, a state initiative designed to boost economic self-reliance among women, enhance their health and nutritional status, and bolster their decision-making power within households. This program will disburse a monthly financial assistance of ₹1,500 directly to eligible women in Maharashtra, aged between 21 and 65 years, via direct benefit transfer (DBT).
Previously, the monthly installments were disbursed in the last 15 days of the month, but this time, it has been over one and a half months, and yet there is no information about the installment transfer. However, it is expected that the beneficiaries may get the installment for the month of February and March together which sums up to a total of ₹3,000/-.
When will the February Installment for the Ladki Bahin Yojana be disbursed?
As per the suggested reports, it is expected that the installment for the month of February can be released along with the monthly installment of March. As has been seen in the previous installments, the amount is usually transferred within the last 15 days of the month.
