Indian Army Agniveer Exam Pattern 2026: The Indian Army has invited online applications from unmarried Indian male and female candidates under the Agnipath scheme to join the Army as an Agniveer. TheIndian Army selects Agniveer through a two-phase selection process. Phase I will be the Online Common Entrance Exam (CEE) at designated test centres allotted to the candidate, and Phase 2 will be the Recruitment Rally by Army Recruiting Offices at the Rally Venue. 

Army Agniveer Exam Pattern 2026 is outlined in the official notification by the Indian Army. It comprises 50 objective-type multiple-choice questions (MCQs). Understanding the Army Agniveer paper pattern will provide insight into the section-wise weightage, subjects covered in each paper, and the duration of the exam. Indian Army Agniveer 2026 Marking Scheme

The Indian Army Agniveer exam follows a simple marking scheme. Every correct answer contributes to a positive score, and there is no penalty for a wrong response marked by the candidates. Check the detailed Army Agniveer marking scheme below for reference purposes.

Indian Army Agniveer 2026: Overview

The candidates who join through the Agnipath scheme will get a Rs 21,000 in-hand salary during the first year of service, which will increase yearly. Apart from the salary, they will get Rs. 10,04,000 "Seva Nidhi" package at the time of exit after four years. After successfully completing four years of service, 25% of Agniveers will get permanent service based on organisational requirements.
