BSF Constable Tradesman Result Out: The Border Security Force (BSF) has officially announced the PET/PST Result 2026 for Constable Tradesman recruitment on its official website. The recruitment drive involves 3,588 posts of Constable Tradesman. A total of 1,81,143 candidates have been shortlisted for the 2nd selection process, out of which 1,76,361 are men and 4,782 are women. Candidates who appeared for the Physical Efficiency Test (PET) and Physical Standard Test (PST) can now check and download their result at bsf.gov.in by using their login credentials. The online application for the recruitment drive opened between 25 July 2025 and 23 August 2025, while the Physical Efficiency Test (PET) and Physical Standard Test (PST) were held from December 2025 onwards.

Step 1: Visit the official website of BSF, bsf.gov.in

Step 2: On the home page, click on the "BSF Constable Tradesman PET/PST Result 2026."

Step 3: Now log in with the required details

Step 4: Enter your Registration Number or Roll Number and DOB or Password in the fields.

Step 5: Click on the "Submit" button.

Step 6: Your BSF Constable Tradesman PET/PST Result 2026 will get displayed on the screen.

BSF Constable Tradesman Result 2026: What’s Next 

Now those candidates who are shortlisted for the PST stage are eligible to participate in the other 2nd rounds of the selection Process. BSF will conduct other stages to recruit 3,588 Constables (Tradesmen). Candidates can check the Complete selection process below:

1. Written Examination

The candidates who qualify in the PET/PST stage will appear for the Written Test. In this test, the candidates will be tested on subjects like General Knowledge, General Awareness, Mathematics & Reasoning. Candidates need to secure the minimum qualifying marks to proceed further in the selection process.

2. Trade/ Skill Test

After appearing in the Written Test, candidates will take part in the next round, which is Trade/Skill Test. This test will be conducted by BSF to verify the knowledge & skill level of the candidate in their respective trades, such as Cook, Barber, Electrician, Carpenter, Washerman & many more.

3. Document Verification

The selected candidates from the written exam and trade test would be invited for Document Verification (DV). All documents should be brought, including educational certificates, age certificate, caste certificate, ITI certificate, and photo ID. Any discrepancy in the documents or lack of a document can result in cancellation of the candidate's application.

4. Medical Examination

All those candidates who qualify for the document verification would be asked to go through the Detailed Medical Examination (DME). BSF shall ensure that candidates fulfill all the required medical fitness norms. Those candidates who are found medically unfit during this examination would not be eligible for selection.

5. Final Merit List

After all these steps, BSF shall compile a final merit list based on the performance in the Written Examination. The PET/PST and Trade Test are only qualifying in nature. Selected candidates from the final merit list would be sent appointment letters along with call letter for basic training.
