Uttar Pradesh Madhyamik Shiksha Parishad, UPMSP, has officially announced the UP Board Result 2026 for over 54 lakh students. The results were announced during a press conference at the board’s headquarters in Prayagraj. With an impressive overall pass percentage recorded this year, the spotlight is now on the brilliant minds who have secured their spots in the UP Board Toppers List 2026.

Students can also check the UP Board Topper’s list on the official website www.upmsp.edu.in and on DigiLocker by logging in through their required credentials, which are roll number and registration number. In the UP Board Results 2026, more girls have outperformed boys in the Class 10th results 2026.  There were 11,72,862 boys and 11,79,319 girls among the class 10th successful applicants. Boys' pass rate is 87.30%, while females' is 93.76%.

The board has officially announced the rank holders during the press conference at 4:00 PM. To celebrate the success of these young achievers, the Government of Uttar Pradesh has announced a prestigious reward scheme for the 2026 merit holders. These rewards are designed to provide financial stability and technological tools for their future undergraduate studies. Given below are the rewards for the state-level and district-level toppers:-

Rewards for State-Level Toppers

For those students who achieved a rank in the overall state merit list, the government provides the following rewards:-

• A cash prize up to Rs 1,00,000 will be awarded.
• Students will also receive a high-end laptop.
• A formal Certificate of Appreciation will also be awarded.

Rewards for District-Level Toppers

The UP government has also expanded the reward scheme to ensure that the top performers in each of the 75 districts are recognised and rewarded:-

• The student will be awarded the cash prize of Rs. 21000.
• A Certificate of Appreciation and a district-level felicitation ceremony will also be organised.

These rewards are intended to assist students in their future higher education and encourage academic excellence across the state. In 2026, the pass percentage for Class 10 stood at 90.42%, while the Class 12 recorded 80.38%.
