MDI Gurgaon MBA Selection Process
The selection for MDI Gurgaon MBA Admission 2027 is done in two stages. Candidates are first shortlisted for the GD PI round on the basis of their CAT 2026 score and profile details. Shortlisted candidates then appear for Group Discussion, Written Analysis Test and Personal Interview between February and April 2027. These rounds are held at centres in Gurugram, Bengaluru, Kolkata, Hyderabad, Ahmedabad and Mumbai. The final selection result is expected in April 2027.
- Stage I shortlisting: CAT score carries 65% weight. Work experience carries 10%. Academics carry 15%. Diversity factors carry 10%.
- Stage II final selection: CAT score carries 35% weight. Personal interview carries 20%. Group discussion carries 10%. Written analysis test carries 5%. The remaining weight is for academic marks and profile diversity.
