Delhi University COL Opens Foreign Language Admissions 2026: Professional Courses from June 17
The Campus of Open Learning (COL) at Delhi University has commenced admissions for its one-year certificate and diploma courses in eight foreign languages, alongside flagship professional programs like MBA and MLISc starting June 17, 2026.

The foreign language programmes will be conducted in German, French, Spanish, Italian, Portuguese, Chinese, Japanese and Korean languages, both in the classroom and online, in a collaboration with the Department of Slavonic and Finno-Ugrian Studies of Delhi University.
Application Form for One-Year Certificate and Diploma Courses
The application form is available from 11th June, 2026 and will be received till 10th July, 2026, till 12 am. This provides students and working professionals with about a month to go through the process of being admitted.

Professional Programmes begin on June 17th
In addition to the foreign languages classes, the admissions process for flagship professional programs offered by DDCE, SOL and COL will begin on June 17, 2026.
These include Master of Business Administration (MBA), Master of Library and Information Science (MLISc), Bachelor of Library and Information Science (BLISc) and Post Graduate Diploma in Advertising and Digital Media Leadership (PGDADLM).
The programmes aim at offering quality Higher Education, professional development and career growth opportunities in flexible learning formats tailored to the needs of both students and working professionals.
Foreign language qualification programmes are combined with professional degree programmes to provide students with a variety of means for developing increased employability in global markets.
