CMAT 2027 Registration: Will Begin Soon, Check Expected Dates, Application Process and Fee

CMAT 2027 Registration: Candidates preparing for the Common Management Admission Test (CMAT) 2027 should note that the registration process is expected to begin in October 2026. As per the latest update, the National Testing Agency (NTA) is likely to open the CMAT 2027 application window in the third week of October.

The official CMAT 2027 notification and detailed examination schedule are yet to be released by NTA. Therefore, candidates should treat the dates mentioned below as tentative and wait for the official announcement before making any final plans.

CMAT 2027 Exam Date

The CMAT 2027 exam date has not been officially announced yet. Based on the expected examination cycle, NTA may conduct the test in the last week of January 2027.

CMAT is a national-level entrance examination conducted by NTA for admission to management programmes. The CMAT score is accepted by AICTE-approved institutions, university departments, constituent colleges and affiliated colleges.

For reference, NTA conducted CMAT 2026 on January 25, 2026, in computer-based test mode. A total of 53,453 candidates registered for the examination, while 41,872 candidates appeared.

CMAT 2027 Eligibility Criteria

Candidates planning to appear for CMAT 2027 should check the eligibility requirements before applying. Based on the latest CMAT eligibility criteria, candidates must hold a bachelor's degree in any discipline from a recognised institution.

Students appearing in the final year of their bachelor's degree may also be eligible, subject to the condition that their result is declared before the commencement of admission for the relevant academic year. There is also no upper age limit for appearing in CMAT.

CMAT 2027 Exam Pattern

CMAT is conducted in computer-based test (CBT) mode. The examination assesses candidates across areas including:
