SSC GD Correction 2025: The Staff Selection Commission has opened the SSC GD correction window on 8 January. Candidates who want to make changes in General Duty (GD) Constable Examination, 2026 application form can do it through the official website of SSC at ssc.gov.in. The last date to make corrections is 10 January. This will enable candidates to update and edit certain sections of the SSC GD application form.

As per the official notification, applicants are allowed to edit their application form twice. They need to pay Rs 200 for making correction(s) and re-submitting modified application for the first time and Rs 500 for making correction(s) and re-submitting corrected application for the second time

The commission will open the SSC GD application correction window today, 8 January and close it on 10 January. Aspirants who need to rectify the mistakes in their application forms can do so before the deadline. It is important to note that you will only be able to edit your form twice and need to pay the correction fee.

SSC GD 2026 Correction: What can be changed?

During the SSC GD 2026 application correction facility, candidates are allowed to modify certain details in their application form. Information that can be changed includes the following details:

  • Candidate’s name

  • Parent’s name

  • Educational qualification details

  • Exam Centre

SSC GD Correction 2026: How to Edit?

Step 1: Go to the official website at ssc.gov.in.

Step 2: Log in to your account using your registration number and password.

Step 3: Click on "Edit OTR" option.

Step 4: Make the necessary changes and then save.

Step 5: Review all the details carefully before submitting.

Step 6: Pay the SSC GD correction fee using online payment gateways.

Aspirants need to pay Rs 200 to submit their updated forms for the first time. Those who will attempt to edit their forms for the second time need to pay Rs 500 as correction fee. It is non-refundable and must be paid via debit card, credit card, internet banking, or mobile wallet.
