SSC CGL Current Affairs 2025

• Union MoS Dr. Jitendra Singh inaugurated India’s first Animal Stem Cell Biobank and Laboratory at NIAB, Hyderabad, Telangana.
• The Animal Stem Cell facility, built at a cost of Rs. 1.85 crores, will advance regenerative medicine, tissue engineering, and livestock biotechnology research.
• PM Narendra Modi inaugurated the Bengaluru Metro Yellow Line worth Rs. 7,160 crores and laid the foundation for Phase-3 metro projects costing Rs. 15,610 crores.
• Philippine President Ferdinand Marcos Jr. visited India (Aug 4–8, 2025); India and the Philippines announced a Strategic Partnership (2025–29) and signed 14 MoUs.
• BSNL signed MoUs with Ericsson, Qualcomm, Cisco, and Nokia to promote skilling in 5G, AI, and digital technologies at BRBRAITT, Jabalpur, MP.
