The TN SSLC Result was announced on May 16, 2025. The board recorded an overall pass percentage of 93.80%. Out of 8,71,239 students, who appeared 8,17,261 candidates passed. Of this, 4,17,183 were girls, and 4,00,078 were boys. The pass percentage of girls was 95.88%, and the pass percentage of boys was 91.74%.

According to the notification on the website, the link for candidates to download the Tamil Nadu SSLC result 2026 will be activated at 9:30 AM onwards. Once the link is active, students can download their online marksheet copies for further admission requirements. The original marksheets and certificates will be issued by the board via the respective schools soon after the results are announced.
