AP EAMCET 2026 Sports Quota Physical Skill Test Set for Sept 21 at ANU Guntur; Reporting at 8 AM

AP EAMCET 2026: Andhra Pradesh State Council of Higher Education (APSCHE) has announced that the Physical Skill Test is set to be conducted for those candidates who applied for AP EAMCET / AP EAPCET 2026 (MPC Stream) through Sports Quota. The test is scheduled to be conducted on September 21, 2026 and will be held at Acharya Nagarjuna University (ANU) Campus in Guntur. Those candidates who have registered for engineering and technology admission through the sports quota should reach the examination center on time which is at 8:00 AM on the day of test. 

The skill test will be conducted under the guidance of technical experts and coaches of Sports Authority of Andhra Pradesh (SAAP) to evaluate the performance of applicants in their respective games or sports. It is made compulsory for all sports quota candidates as per the official notifications published on state counseling portal (cap.apcfss.in) and missing the test will lead to automatic disqualification of the candidate's eligibility for sports quota seat allocation for MPC stream courses.

AP EAMCET 2026: Mandatory Guidelines for Candidates

• Check for your allotted date and time slot at the assigned venue, Acharya Nagarjuna University (ANU), Guntur, and report precisely on time before 8:00 AM.  

• Take along all original sports merit certificates, AP EAMCET rank card, hall ticket, Class 10 marks memo, and photo ID. Without authentic proofs, you cannot register as sports quota candidate.   

• Attend the tests wearing standard sports attire and proper footwear meant for the sports. Those candidates who do not have appropriate sportswear cannot be allowed in the practical trials.  

• Prepare your personal equipment or kit that is required according to the selected sports discipline (such as rackets, bat, or protective gear). The testing center offers standard testing ground only and not customized equipment.  

• Submit two self-attested copies of all the educational and sports certifications along with the online counselling application form during the physical validation process.  

• Strictly follow the guidelines issued by the officials of Sports Authority of Andhra Pradesh (SAAP) and judges. Any misconduct and unapproved absence leads to automatic rejection.
