UGC NET Answer Key 2025: The National Testing Agency (NTA) is expected to release soon the UGC NET Answer Key 2025 for the University Grants Commission National Eligibility Test (UGC NET) for the December 2025 Cycle. Candidates who appeared in the written exam will be able to download the provisional key and response sheet after using their login credentials. Candidates can raise their objections and challenge discrepancies, if any through the official website. The authority had conducted successfully the UGC NET Exam 2025 from December 31, 2025, to January 7, 2026, across the country. The NTA exam which is the gateway for the Assistant Professor and JRF positions was held for 85 subjects.

UGC NET December Answer Key 2025 Release Date 

The National Testing Agency (NTA) will release the UGC NET December 2025 Answer Key January 2026 (expected) for UGC NET December 2025–26 examination shortly.  Candidates who appeared for the University Grants Commission National Eligibility Test (UGC NET) for a total of 85 subjects from December 31, 2025, to January 7, 2026, will be able to download their answer key in PDF format from the official website ugcnet.nta.ac.in. Once released, candidates can use the answer key and can calculate their estimated scores for the same.

The UGC NET December 2025 exam for total 85 subjects was held from December 27, 2025 to Jauary 07, 2026 across the country. Now the authority will release soon the provisional answer key for the same. Steps To Challenge the Provisional Answer Key 2025?

Candidates appeared in the UGC NET December 2025 examination can challenge the Answer Key after following the steps given below-
Step 1: Please go to the website https://csirnet.nta.nic.in.
Step 2: Click the link 'Challenge (s) regarding Answer Key'
Step 3: Login with your Application Number and password and enter captcha as displayed and submit.
Step 4: Click on "View Question Paper" for viewing the marked/recorded responses and to view
Step 5: Challenge the Answer Keys click on the link "Click to view/Challenge Answer Key".
Step 6: Candidates are advised to refer to the Question Paper and match the corresponding Question IDs to those listed in Answer Key.
Step7: You will see Question ID in sequential order on the official website.
