Early Life
Glennon was born March 20, 1976, in Burke, Virginia. She was brought up there only alongside her sister, named Amanda. From a very early age and initial time, she started battling with bulimia and addiction. To much surprise, these were the experiences that later shaped her writing.

Later, in 2016, she released Love Warrior, which was chosen for Oprah’s Book Club 2.0. But it was her 2020 memoir, Untamed, that became a phenomenon.
